Healing Circles

  • The Healing Circle is a sacred space crafted for BIPOC folks to come together and embark on a journey of wellness and self-discovery. During these intentional, nature-based experiences, participants will explore the healing power of nature and community within a small processing space.

  • Guided by principles of mind-body medicine, our gatherings offer immersive experiences designed to nurture introspection, healing, and connection. Through self-reflective activities, meditative practices, and group discussions, participants uncover the profound wisdom found within nature and among community.

  • Healing Circle participants will:
    • Define mindfulness and mind-body medicine practices
    • Acquire accessible mindfulness and meditative exercises that can be used in everyday life
    • Explore nature's connection to mindfulness and its mental health benefits
    • Engage in nature-based self-reflections, fostering self-discovery and community connection
